This page briefly explains which technical data is processed to run Ringtone Maker and how long it remains on the server.

Technical data

When you use the service, the server may process essential technical information such as IP address, user agent, request time and the URL submitted for processing. This data is used to run the service, choose an initial language and diagnose errors.

Temporary audio files

Files created during download and processing are stored temporarily to allow preview and download. An automatic cleanup routine periodically removes files that are no longer needed.

Purpose of processing

provide the audio extraction and trimming service;
ensure security, stability and technical maintenance;
prevent abuse of the service.

Retention

Temporary files are not intended for permanent archiving. Technical logs may be kept only for the time strictly necessary for operations and security.
